charged for what i did not receive

order F94AA this order was placed around 8 and there was error that kept showing locating driver. I then cancelled the order and by 11 oclock the order came. I was not in my place, i di not have my phone but this order was cancelled. Why was this hanging on my bill. You are ****ers.
