Charged for food not delivered

I ordered food from Kauai on Uber eats on the morning of 13 March 2024 and a guy called Nyama picked the order however when he got to the office and I came down to take the food he started shouting at me saying I was late-i then asked him if he could walk over as I cudnt get out coz I didn't have an access card _he refused and then after some seconds he stood up and started walking towards me and shouting and pointing fingers at me but still held on to my order and left with it..I later saw on the app that he marked it as delivered and took a pic of the food that he left in the street. This is the second time encountering the same guy and the same attitude,so I paid for something I never received
