CHARGED FOR FOOD I NEVER RECEIVED!!!!!!

I order food and I was charged over R200 for it when I got a notification to say they were outside I rep**** and advised I'm on my way within 2minutes I came down and there was no driver at all. Not even an attempt to leave the food with the building security. Now Uber eats is saying they not going to refund. This is now the second time this happened but I'm not letting it go this time. This is disgusting and unacceptable.
