Charged for food I already paid for

Good day

According to the app I owe R52 in my account and I can't order anything until I pay_ I paid that driver in cash_ we had load shedding on that particular day and I couldn't track my order cos wifi was down_ however the driver called and I collected my food and paid in cash_ Is it even possible that he would give me the food without receiving payment _ this is unacceptable _ please rectify ASAP coz now I can't use the app and I CANNOT pay for food that I already paid for
