Charged for cancelled order that was done within 2 minutes.

I made an order and cancelled it within 2 minutes but I was charger the full R340 because apparently the restaurant had started with the order. 2 minutes and I was charged for food I didn’t even get a whole R340 rands. Now they are not answering my questions on their help and support channel.
