Charged for an order I didn’t receive

I placed an order for delivery from Hungry lion mall of Tembisa and waited for almost 2 hours only for the order to be cancelled. I placed another order for collection and when I got to the store I was told my order was stollen and I logged the issue with Ubereats on the app for a refund. I still haven’t received any feedback from Ubereats.
