Charged for a order that never arrived.!!! So disappointed

Good day to whom it may concern please see below and please urgently rectify

I'm highly upset I placed a order with you guys at exactly 8:59pm this evening the 07/07/2022 and the order went through at first and even deducted and charged me R136 from my bank account after that it said the time is late restaurant is closed and order was cancelled but I still paid for it? Please refund my R136 back to my bank account immediately please The order no. Was #B99E8 you can see I paid the money from my African bank ACC and then you guys cancelled the order but my money was still taken please refund immediately my cell no ***
