Charged extra for an order l didn't request.
Hello, I ordered a meal from my favorite Uber eats restaurant which l will not mention because their service is really good and their food better. I paid using my card as l knew that my PayPal account was depleted. I got my order in record time, the food was really good but when l checked my bank balance my order was R82 but there is R79.00 and R10.00 extra that was deducted from my bank account for an uber eats order that l did not order. How is this possible? Then when l want to view the receipt and lay a quiry lm getting a message that says "NO RECEIPT AVAILABLE. THIS MAY BE BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT CHARGED. OTHERWISE CHECK BACK LATER". How is this possible if my order was approved, paid for and received. On checkout there was NO option for CASH PAYMENT. So how does an extra payment of R89 happen? I'm considering cash payment only with Uber eats.

27 Nov 2022, 17:37I got a response from uber eats saying that my has not left my bank account and not in uber eats account and will reflect in a couple of days. They are confirming my payment method as l usually use PayPal and for my order in question had changed to card payment.
