Charged double for one order and not refunded

We purchased the Buy 1 get 1 free a few times when we travelled to Cape Town last month and only when we got back to Johannesburg realized that we were charged the full amount for purchases made.

When we sent through to Uber for help we were told there is nothing they can do as it was over 48 hours.

Still no cash back and out about R1000 from our pockets that we weren’t meant to be charged... Ridiculous and unacceptable service.
