Charge issue

I ordered on Dec 1st and the restaurant / Uber canceled the order after the amount was taken out of my account. They refuse to get me a authorization letter/invoice showing that they never charged so that I can dispute the Money with my bank. The call centre was no help either as everyone kept saying they can't give me the invoice and kept transferring me from one useless Rep to the other
