Charge for the order which I did not receive

I got charged for a full order after I canceled directly after the order was placed. The delivery address was incorrect and their delivery system said that I live to far away. For compensation for a R300 charge they sent me a voucher of R25 off for my next two orders. In their email to me the food was delivered and it was not because I canceled the order.
