Charge for and order that hte KFC could not fulfil

I’d give this a zero-star rating if I could. I placed an order from KFC Irene’s link for four Oreo Crushers for R195. When the driver arrived to collect, they informed me there was no ice cream. This was then assigned to a second driver who had the same problem. A third driver also had the same issue. Frustrated, I cancelled the order as I couldn’t wait the whole evening. UberEats then contacted me and said they couldn’t help because the item was already being prepared and for the drivers’ trouble, WHEN IT WAS OUT OF STOCK!! . What a joke! I’m cancelling my UberEats account and will never recommend this service. I can’t speak to anyone and keep getting the same reply. When I contacted KFC, they said it was Uber and they couldn’t do anything. They should have refused the order if they couldn’t fulfil it! Both companies are a joke and I’m out of pocket for R195.
