Charge for a service that is free

I visited your help page on Google Chrome a week ago in which I didn't even get notified that there's a charge for reaching the help desk for commonly asked questions. I didn't even get an answer to what I wanted to find on the help page, only to get a deduction notification from my bank. I am still confused as to why I was charged for this. I don't even have an uber eats app. Only an account. Why am I being charged? It just doesn't make sense. And for that reason, I will let all my friends & family know of this and make them delete their accounts too. This is utter nonsense! Which app has ever charged people for searching for help on the internet? Only ubereats!!
