Charge bank card for no orders...****

On the 20th December I was charged R77.15 from my Capitec bank account for no order from uberets ZA Johannesburg. I have send them a refund request with my bank statement as proof though they don't refund nor acknowledge my online log query and their contact number goes to self service that is so rediculus to get through to anyone.
