Careless delivery

I ordered from uber eats order number # 74d82 when I got out of my gate to collect my food the driver drove off and it stated my order has been delivered! Neighbors that saw, saw the driver give my order to someone in the street that approached him! HOW THE HELL DOES THIS HAPPEN!!!! SO you just give to anyone who approaches you??????!!!! I was able to claim a refund on uber eats but that's besides the point HOW CAN I TRUST YOU Again! Even worse I could not get hold of the driver!!!!! How disappointing it is to wait for my food and end up trying to get hold of Uber eats and the driver late at night!!!!!!!????? I NEED ANSWERS AS TO HOW AND WHY THIS HAPPENED
