Card purchase

I used to love this app up until I bought pizza on the 2 July 2021 money was deducted from my card but the app keeps saying I didn't make payment.

Now every 2 days I'm being charged by my bank for insufficient funds because y'all keep trying to debit my card while I paid via card and collected the pizza at romans

Sent complain via the help option, I haven't been assisted to date
