Card details was used on someone else’s uber eats

My friends bank card details was used on someones uber and he does not have uber so he cannot log the complaint from his side on the app- we have tried calling uber eats with NO LUCK . We send emails with NO luck! We need to know who used our details!! I’m asking again- please come back to me
