Card Charged for no reason.

I was charged for a transaction that I know nothing about. Despite several attempts. They keep sending me the same automated message. I sent through screen shots etc of the payment as they requested . They can see theres no invoice generated and yet they still do nothing. I am so sick and tired explaining the situation to them and I am not sure what else to do.
