Card ***** and money deducted by uber

I use uber daily for my work and personal use since I don't have a car. It is great in that department and safety as well. The issue I am writing here it's because of the charges. The way I am so exhausted with uber and their daylight *******. So when I use uber I change from card to cash sometimes you'd find that I don't have change I would ask the driver to put it in my uber wallet. Uber would over charge with taking the wallet money and charge me on the card as well. And sometimes they will just charge my card when I dont even know nothing regarding any trips. Uber took from me R1800 of charges and when you lay a complaint they send the same push messages.

We are talking to machines and they just don't comeback with the positive info. I don't know what to do and they don't refund money's charged.

Uber drivers from my experience have been great to the point that I know a few of them now they are my regular drivers but the app itself has been the worst experience I have ever received. Even today I've encountered another ******* from them , I have been sending emails with proof but still nothing. The robot rep****. It's exhausting and disappointing more because it's my mode of transportation . I want my money refunded.
