Cannot order - no help from helpline

I cannot order!

I have verified my account on UberEats and the Uber app, but when I try to order I receive a message "Your account has been locked until you can verify through the Uber app". When I open the Uber app, it seems to be all in order.

I tried calling Uber's helpline and the automated message simply said they cannot connect me to the correct department at this time.
