Cancelled Order

I am not happy about the outstanding balance on my UberEats account as I cancelled the order before it could even be processed. I tried to make a new order and was told by the system that I have an outstanding amount owed to KFC for a order that was cancelled.

Kindly assist with resolving this problem.
