Canceled Order

We placed an order @ 8:35 with uber eats, the app then said delivery will be 15-20min. 9:10 we have still not recieved any delivery or any mesages from uber’s side. When we contacted the driver “Amani”And ask what is taking so long he just droped the fone. I then called back and he gave me an attitude. He told me his bike has broken which I fully understand... But then he told me another driver will be delivering in the next 10min. Just before 9:30 we just saw our order has been canceled. So we waited an hour for our order to be canceled. So what is the use of having this app if they dont want to deliver. Very disappointed.
