Canceled delivery

I place an 4305 on the 4th December 2023, deliver was due at 7h30, I contacted the driver for number of time at 7h45pm driver canceled my order,I reported to Uber Eats on the 4th ,that the driver canceled my delivery, now they telling I reported after 24hours, what a fu*** and they can't refund me, I want my money
