Cancelations

I tried placing a order for a friend however they didn't have cash so I tried to change the order to card payment and accidentally canceled the order, bare in mind this wasn't even 2 minutes later and they charged me R137 cancelation fee and gave useless advice on live chat then just ended the chat it's been 3 days and still no response. This isn't my first run in with Uber but it's definitely my last.
