Cancelation refused

We placed an order on UberEats and more than an hour later we logged a complaint due to the fact that we were not getting the service they claimed to provide. After logging the issue an agent responded and asked us to wait a few minutes and then logging a cancelation. We did as suggested and then logged the cancelation again after waiting. The agent responded again and refused to log the cancelation and ended the conversation.

This is very unprofessional and disappointing.
