Can I please get my refund back

I am writing this email as a complaint to Ubereats, I signed up for uber one membership for R50 PM but I got a deduction from Ubereats that you guys deducted R500 from my account. I am extremely frustrated because this has never happened before as you guys can see how long I’ve been with uber.

I request my refund back and cancel the subscription.
