I bought a McDonald's meal via UberEats app yesterday afternoon after a long day of moving to a new place. The drive Rudolph Bongani never arrived. He **** and took a black picture and said that's where he left our food. The order was beef sharemeal which cost me R359 including delivery. I tried calling customer care( they said they can't help me) I sent a complaint throught UberEats app but I did not get any joy. The staff at Springs Mall Gautent tried to help but nothing came of it. If there was zero star, that's the rating I would give.
