I ordered from Uber eats at 11am, at 14:30 a driver reached my residence. I texted him to PIN because I have the flu and required a no contact delivery.

He ran off with my food and I got zero assistance from Uber Eats!

They have given me a R100 voucher only while I paid for someone else to eat my food and I’m left hungry yet I waited for more than 3 hours!

Goodbye Uber Eats! Hello MrD! Pathetic service! I could not even get a hold of customer service
