****** by Ubereats for the 3rd time

So yesterday, 12 May 2025, I placed a order at Hungry Lion Parow, and i immediately realized that i used the incorrect address where i then canceled and immediately was directed to an agent by the name of Haidy. I explained that i was at office and not working from home to change my address or continue to cancel my order. She refused to help me or to even contact the restaurant as their policies states they are supposed to do. Then i was getting notifications that the delivery guy is on his way. I messaged the delivery guy and told the situation and the delivery guy names changed atleast 4 times where i had to repeat myself each time. eventually they tell me order has been delivered and took those rediculous pictures showing they left my food when i wasnt even at home. This could have been avoided and it's not even the first time this happneds to me. They never credit my money. I am so ****ed with Ubereats i dont even want to purchase from them. I am single mom struggling. And this is what Ubereats does. I was left hungry at office because they refused to help me.
