****** by UberEATS driver

I ordered take aways today on UberEATS. The order was processed, and payment went through my bank card. I got the confirm delivery PIN. 5 minutes later the driver called me to confirm my address and all was well. 15 minutes later he called me again, to ask if I can't meet him halfway to collect my order and I said no I can't. He told me that he has been hijacked twice near my area but i gave him an option to use another road but he declined it. He said he will call UberEATS and explain and they will refund me. I haven't received my money (R190) back and I can't get a hold of him. I need help to get my money back.
