***** by ubereats

Ubereats is deducting money from my bank account without any orders,the uber eats stated that I owe them 394 for courier packages ,they deduct from my bank account 160 rand monthly,first I was not sure but every month I see that there deduction for ubereats on my bank account and I have stop my bank account and get new one which cost 70 rand because I thought someone was ordering takeaways off my account, yesterday I received an sms from courier guys I never dealt with,courier packages on uber I have never dealt and uber to request rides I never request,all I do on uber is request food ,so now I still waiting for uber to tell me when I did courier packages and when I ordered all this and why if I owe 394 then it 160 deduction monthly
