********** BY UBER EATS ! ORDER NOT DELIVERED BUT CHARGED

Im so disappointed with Uber eats! I placed an order with them at 1pm

They take 1 and a half hours to deliver. I get an update stating that my order was delivered. The driver tried to call me and cuts the call. I have been trying to call back by they refuse to answer. He uploads a picture of a packet.and says he delivered. Yet we received no delivery. They charge us and refuse to refund us. DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED BY UBER EATS ! RATHER STICK WITH MR D THEN BEING **********
