***** by Uber eats driver terrible service

After ordering from Nando's Jabulani mall through Uber eats last night 2nd Jan, The driver allegedly said he called me to deliver my order to Mom. We waited in the dark, during load reduction and no order arrived. He then left it in the street, I'm merely requesting my refund as it's also clear the secure pin wasn't shared with him, how the did he dump my food in the street, I'd like you to help me. Get my food, or refund as it is clear I've been de*****ed. The image shared in the app is not that of my mom's home. Please assist. ***
