***** by uber eats driver

Last night I ordered from Nando’s meal worth r303. I got a phone call that the driver was outside. Went out and the driver said that his app says someone else had picked up my order from Nando’s and that he will go back and check, bearing in mind the driver had packed 2 houses away from my house. After he said that he will go back to the store and check after a few mins my order was regarded as delivered and a blurry picture was put up as a delivery confirmation. Uber eats am kindly requesting for my refund, and it seems as this is a norm as ur reviews are the of the same complaint. Your drivers a deliberately doing things knowing very well that you don’t refund us or hold them accountable for the ***** they commit, and the picture of the supposed app is of a completely different person than the guy that came to my house. Chances are that they using *****ulent pictures and ****ming us throughout. I want my refund please.
