Around 8:20 pm, I placed an order at KFC Weltrevredenpark via uber eats.I paid for priority delivery and awaited for my food. When I accessed the app, I saw the order is completed, but I had not received the food.l called the store they told me that the food was given to the driver and the lady said to me uber eats drivers do this regulary when its at night she recommend Mr Delivery to me and gave me their numbers ,l called uber eats they said they will investigate,l must log the complain via the app, l did. I got l respond that l will not be refund because the driver came and waited 8 minites in my gate and that driver didnot,if he intention of helping he was gonna call as l instructed on my comments,people reframe from using uber eats they are theft and promoting ***** in this country apparently they dont even do due deligent on their drivers one day they will send you a crimanal in your home,be warned.
