I waited for an hour and he arrived with cold meal items.

He said he would be returning it to the store, bit instead waited till i was out of sight, placed the meal at the security gate and took a pic, left with the meal and marked the item as delivered.

I called the store, your driver Steven hasn't bothered to return to the store.
