Buyer Beware!

Terrible service! I’ve ordered 3 times. 2 times out of 3 they messed up my order. After sending me different food (for R300) than my order, I had the nerve to report the issue. In response, tone-deaf Ubereats had the nerve to send me an email stating that my experience was inconsistent with their “high standards”, threatening to de-activate my account, and suggesting that I was a ****. Buyer beware. Appalling customer service.
