Burger King Allens Nek and Uber Eats ****!

Pathetic Service. I ordered meals for my children last night at about 16:45 from Burger King Allens Nek. An hour later i called the driver and he claimed he was still waiting in the queue, another 30 min later he was still in the queue. I tracked his movements on the app and eventually he was on the way.... or so he claims..... The app then says 2 mins away.. and nothing. I was waiting for about 30 min outside and then all of the sudden the order dissapears and says my order was delivered....... The dumb uber driver delivered to someone else and not my order according to the app! I could not get hold of the user and the Uber Eats "support" just tells me that they cant help me. This is the worst service ever.
