Bunch of *******

So I received a discount code from Uber eats & thought hey you know I'm hungry anyways, let me use it, but they are a bunch of *******. So I placed an order on Uber eats the total came to R157.35 (with the discount) adding the tip came to R180.25 I was charged the full 180 on my card the first time including the tip, all good & done, oh boy not the case. Not even an hour later they charged me again for a tip. So I contact support and they come up with this BS story of oh my bank is charging me, my bank is reserving the payment, the tip was never charged with the total for the meal, etc, etc. How stupid do they think we are? I have the proof on my email, banking app, and their receipt that I was charged the full amount (TIP INCLUDED) ***** these people I'll never support anything uber again, I'll stay with Mr. D, thank you.
