No accountability

I have a bank account where Uber eat transactions went off, I logged this with Uber eats but they are really unhelpful in Resolving the issue, I habe canceled the card to stop these transactions recurring but would like Uber eats to refund the money, thry don't want to share with me who used my card or where the door was delivered, protecting the ********* doing these transactions. Always thought there is something ***** about this company
