Bring back my R278.80 UberEats

I placed a Creamy Chicken tripple decker pizza from Debonaires using the UberEats app and the driver arrived but left too quick as I was walking to the gate (my complex doesn't allow Deliveries inside the complex). I asked for a refund and was told the driver had waited 10 minutes, not true. So I called the Rock Cottage debonaires branch 4 hours later and they confirmed my name and order but said the driver isn't back to the store with my pizza when I asked if I could come get it since I've paid. He clearly stole it, his name is Abraham. Uber Eats let him get away with it and I lost a total of 278.80. I want my money! My name is Nkuli, my order was at 9:28am 1March 2025.
