Breaking the law and bad attitude

At 12:15 a uber eats driver drove up a one way street in Brooke Street in Claremont. After I confronted him he apologized but just continued to drive against traffic and breaking the law. I feel he is not a suitable driver for uber eats. Because he is giving uber a bad name.
