Billed for nothing

I bought food via Uber eats on the 19th December at Ba***eng. I waited for my food for 2 hours until I decided to go collect the food. When I got there I payed for my food and I told them when the delivery person comes they must cancel the order. When I was on my way going home, I saw on the App that it said my food was on the way. I called T and he said that he canceled the order. Until today I have not received my refund and I have been trying to call them with no luck.
