Billed for cancelled order

I put an order through on the 28th of February...waited for 2hrs then received a message that my orders been cancelled cause they could not find a courier to deliver to my address...this is whilst they had already debited my account...I then sent a email to the help support on Saturday and again on Sunday.

I received very little help from the support and my money has still not been refunded...after numerous attempts to try and contact them through emails... I've finally had to cancel my membership.

The matter was handled very unprofessionally and there are absolutely no phone numbers thats provided by Uber eats that are in working order. Very disappointed customer.
