Big scheme

I want to understand why are we being schemed here on UberEats??. Yesterday I ordered on your app from Romance Pizza and my total amount was R66,90 with promotions, which was R30 discount from your app and 50% voucher from ABSA and I placed the order and took screenshots for proof, when I check my bank notifications it shows you guys took R116,90 from my account I then reached out to you on the app you then said the R116,90 was withheld and it will clear up at 1am midnight but that didn't happen R50,90 was still not returned from my account till now. Now today I'm being told that the promotion was not app**** how possible is that when it showed that it was successfully app**** when placing that order. Please do return my money in peace you used to this thing of scheming people and it must come it an end. That R50,90 you refuse to return might not be alot to you but to us it is useful and I don't want no promotion of 50% I want that R50,90 back into my bank account just like how you took it return it back.

Another thing is your app can't even differentiate between traditional Pizza base and pan base we always get what we did choose.
