Big Fried food label with chicken

I ordered KFC through Uber eats last night to find a thick fried food label with writing on the fried chicken which put us off our dinner completely. How it passed though the cooking, handling, storing and packaging process without being seen, I do not know. It gives you an indication of the kind of care the food got throughout so I not only had to pay for the KFC and Uber, I had to make supper anyway because we could not trust the quality of that food. I contacted Uber eats as well as leaving a review for the Steve Biko KFC branch but neither of them have come back to me with an actual response other than Uber saying it will be investigated. I am very dissapointed in this service.
