BIG COMPLAIN. I HATE MY EXPERIENCE WITH UBER

On the 15 May 2024, i made a purchase at romans pizza in Atteridgeville nkomo village. The driver did not deliver to my address, he took my items to the wrong location and i was not contacted. The ***** driver is Rufus Mdodana. When i tried to complain to ubber eats about my delivery they have blocked me. And i was told that i will not be refunded.

The pictures that that he attached are not even the pictures of where i am staying, he attempted delivery at the wrong location nyarjo street in lotus gardens and my provided adress is Nyeleti street. Soo i am sooo hurt because R200 its alot of money to be ****med by someone who did not do things correctly. I will be happy if the driver comes and show the location where he delivered because i waited outside when it was saying 5 minutes away. The driver did not arrive at the provided adress. Worst part i was blocked when i tried to explain my stories
