Beware to use cash option on UberEats

I tried the cash option for the first time, bough food + delivery to the amount of R528 + R20 tip for the driver.

On the next order I had 2 amounts deducted from my account, one for the current order and the other for the amount of R378, I queried this and got no real response from UberEats, only after emailing them for more than a week I found out what happened, and that is when I went into the past orders and when I looked though the R528 order the driver reported that I only paid R150 thus UberEats took the outstanding amount from my account.

I have tried to email them and get a response and I got a 1-liner stating that the order is older than 10 days and they can not help me. How does this even work? I got de*****ed as well as UberEats by this driver and they can not help as the order is older than 10 days???? How will the driver deliver food when someone does not pay for the food? How are these drivers being screened by UberEats? I have this drivers name on my delivery receipt - I want this persons full name, surname and ID number to open up a case of theft/***** at the police station
