Being double charged for tips EVERY time

I have used UberEats for a few years now and in the last 3 months I've noticed that when I place an order... say for R300 - and I add a tip - say 10% (since I am mathematically challenged today - thus it taking me 3 months to notice this). So a payment goes through my bank account for R330. About 5 mins later ANOTHER charge will go through for R30. Which is the tip. That I've already paid on the bill. I have sent emails, phoned in AND contacted them on Facebook and not a single person has bothered calling me back. Over the last 3 months it has cost me about R1000 (we tip more than 10%). My only hope is that the driver is actually getting this money. Somehow I doubt it. I haven't used UberEats since then. I'm not amused.
