Being cheated once too many times. Done with Uber Eats

Uber Eats driver stole my food. This is what Rocomamas told me. App just kept saying my order was in progress, for 2 hours!!!! Eventually I phoned the restaurant because Uber Eats made absolutely sure customers cannot contact them, copy and paste company, if you ever get a response. They had the audacity to tell the restaurant to tell me to phone them, where am I supposed to get a number? Why must I phone you after your driver stole from me??? Now numerous copy and paste useless emails later my bank is refusing to release the money back to my acc because Uber Eats refuses to confirm the amount of the cancelled order in an email. Makes no sense, I know. I was just politely told that the case is closed according to Uber Eats, cool with me. I have already deleted your app and will share this experience with everyone
